  1. Free Home Delivery
    We offer free home delivery for orders over PKR 10,000.

  2. Delivery Charges
    For customers' orders below PKR 10,000, a delivery charge of PKR 200 per kg applies. Deliveries are made through courier services, and payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online transfer using Jazz Cash if you prefer paying in advance.

  3. Order Accuracy Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and confirm the availability of a courier service in your area before placing an order.
  4. Order Confirmation
    Your order is considered confirmed once you receive a text message containing the tracking ID and amount from Tabarruk Foods.

  5. In-Store Purchases
    For in-store purchases, please verify the taste, price, quality, and quantity of the product before leaving the store. Once the product is purchased, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction related to these factors.

  6. Damaged or Faulty Products
    If you notice any issues such as leakage, breakage, or improperly sealed packaging from an outlet purchase, please get in touch with us within 24 hours or visit the nearest outlet with your receipt. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  7. Replacement & Refunds
    You are eligible for a replacement or refund based on the remaining weight of the product.

    Note:
    In case of leakage or damage in products received via courier, please get in touch with us immediately after receiving the parcel. For order cancellations, kindly notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
